The Lotus Carlton was once the fastest production four-door saloon in the world, with a top speed of around 176 mph. It was quicker than many Ferraris and Porsches of its era and became one of the most iconic performance cars ever built, even being discussed in Parliament because of its performance.

This genuine example has recently visited the Reflection Correction studio for a comprehensive sales preparation detail ahead of being offered for sale by Ian Webb Specialist Cars.

The focus wasn't restoration it was sympathetic enhancement. The paintwork has been carefully refined to maximise gloss and clarity before being finished with GYEON Wax. Inside, the original leather has been meticulously cleaned and nourished to preserve its authentic character, allowing the car to present exactly as it should.

It has been a real privilege to spend time with such an important piece of British motoring history, and we wish Ian Webb Specialist Cars Ltd every success with its sale.

This incredibly rare 1997 Porsche 993 Carrera S
visited the Reflection Correction studio for the removal and replacement of ageing Paint Protection Film on both wing mirrors.
Old PPF had reached the end of its life and was beginning to detract from the appearance, so it was carefully removed before the paintwork was inspected, prepared and protected with fresh, precision-installed film.
With classic Porsche values continuing to climb, preserving original paintwork has never been more important. New PPF provides virtually invisible protection against stone chips, road debris and everyday wear while maintaining the factory finish.
It's always a privilege to work on such an iconic air-cooled 911.

A genuine Nissan Skyline GT-R R34, powered by the legendary RB26DETT twin-turbo engine.
We couldn't resist grabbing a few photos before it disappeared again.
